Installation in four steps
- Download the APK file or visit cuanwin.app from your mobile browser.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to install the app or add the web app to your home screen.

- Choose a deposit method, fund your account, and begin placing bets on football, tables, or slots.
App versus browser: which to choose
Our native Android app stores data locally on your device, so you can view your account balance, open bets, and promotion rules even when your internet connection is weak or offline. The app also sends push notifications when live-dealer tables go online or when new tournament markets open, giving you instant alerts without checking manually. Download size is modest, and installation works on Android 7 and above without requiring special permissions beyond storage and network access. For iOS users, our web app achieves the same offline capability through modern browser caching and can be accessed in Safari or Chrome, so no App Store installation is needed.
Browser access has the advantage of instant updates—you always see the latest cuanwin interface without waiting for an app store release—and requires no local storage. The web app works identically on Android and iOS, so switching between devices does not require managing separate installs. Both approaches secure your session the same way and encrypt your password, so security and privacy are equal across platforms.
Device compatibility and requirements
cuanwin runs on Android 7.0 and newer. Phones from the major manufacturers—Samsung, Xiaomi, OPPO, and Vivo—all support our app without issues. On iOS, Safari and Chrome users on iOS 12 and above can add cuanwin to their home screen and use it as a web app. We do not require camera or location permissions; the app uses only your network connection and device storage. If your device is older or has limited free storage, the web-based option uses less than 1 MB of local cache and is often faster than installing an app.
Troubleshooting common installation issues
If Android warns that the app is from an unknown source, open your Settings, go to Security, and enable "Unknown sources" or "Allow installation from this source." This is normal for apps outside the Play Store and does not affect security—cuanwin's APK is code-signed. If your browser asks you to trust a certificate, check that you are visiting cuanwin.app and not a similar-looking domain; then accept the certificate. On iOS, if you add cuanwin to your home screen but the shortcut does not open, try restarting Safari and re-adding the bookmark. If deposits or withdrawals fail after installation, clear your app cache in Settings → Applications and log in again, or switch to the web version temporarily to isolate the issue.
Data, permissions, and account security
We collect your username, email, phone number, and KYC documents (passport or national ID) to verify your account and comply with local law. These are stored on our servers with encryption in transit and at rest. The app itself requests only internet and storage permissions; we do not track your location, contacts, or call history. Your password is hashed before storage, and your login session uses secure tokens that expire after inactivity. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact our support team through the in-app chat or visit the account recovery page—our team can lock your account and process a security reset within one business day.
